• Processing, dispatching, and tracking your physical atta order via Bluedart, Delhivery, or Porter.
• Generating statutory 5% GST tax invoices under HSN Code 1101.
• Sending critical transactional updates (dispatch confirmation, live AWB tracking links).
• Responding to your inquiries on WhatsApp or Email regarding dough kneading, nutritional inquiries, or delivery rescheduling.
