1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
All orders of MILLA PRO™ are milled and packed fresh in our Chembur production hub:
- Processing Window: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed and packed on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays/Public Holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Dispatch Confirmation: Consignments are handed over to our courier partners within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation.
- Live Tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated SMS, WhatsApp message, and email containing the live Courier tracking link and AWB number.
2. Delivery Timelines by Region
Because MILLA PRO is an artisanal, preservative-free whole grain product milled in fresh batches upon order placement, we do not accept Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid through 100% secure Razorpay UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Cards, or NetBanking.
3. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery Threshold
- Orders Above ₹499: 100% FREE Delivery anywhere across India (No coupon code needed). Simply choose our 5 KG Family Saver Pack (₹1,199) or two 1 KG pouches to qualify!
- Orders Below ₹499 (Single 1 KG Pouch @ ₹249): A nominal flat shipping charge of ₹50 is applied at checkout to subsidize heavy protective packing.
4. Non-Delivery / Address Correction
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times at your provided address and make a telephonic call to your mobile number before initiating Return to Origin (RTO). Please ensure your shipping address, landmark, and 6-digit pincode are accurate during checkout.
If you need to correct your address after placing an order, please contact our WhatsApp support immediately at +91 98765 43210 prior to courier dispatch.
